Courier return is only excepted.


If there is any manufacturing defect then they can firstly message on WhatsApp explain about defect which is only excepted with in three after get delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, accessories, and invoice

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Products showing signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Images of the packaging

After verification, we will provide either:

  • Replacement, or

  • Full refund

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used tools or equipment

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or heavily discounted products (unless damaged or defective)

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange return pickup at no cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, wrong order, or change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.

5. Replacement and Exchange Policy

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery according to the return policy.
